Agni Hotra is an ancient fire ceremony originating from the sacred Vedic Hindu texts. Centuries past, the tradition of Agni Hotra in Bali was embraced and fused with animistic rituals; however, following a great fire, it fell out of practice nearly 350 years ago.
Agni refers to fire and Hotra means, healing. This healing fire ceremony is considered one of the highest Vedic rituals.
Now , especially here in our place under guidance of our beloved mother , we called her IBU ATI , she is a revival of the practice of Agni Hotra for its powerful healing effects . She was starting this ritual after her to India and also she got a spiritual message from the GOD (Universe ) to do this ritual in our Balinese Hindu’s way .
Specially we offer the offerings of flowers and grains into the fire while reciting Hindus’s mantras to invoke blessings of health and abundance
The ritual is for energizing and purifying the environment, healing both the participants and those living in the area.

Melukat is just one of Bali’s magical rituals which involves using water as a ritual cleanser. The aim is to cleanse both body and mind, to refresh the spirit and dissolve away any negative influences. This water purification is taken place at Pondok Sunia Giri in Ibu ATI’s worship place .
The ritual commence with prayer to asking the permission to the GOD in holding this water purification . Incense and offerings will be placed in the area where the ceremony is take a place an offering to the GOD .
The first step of the ritual is you will be showering with the spring water through your head and all parts of your body to cleanse your mind, soul and body to refresh the spirit.
This ritual will be followed with a chanting matram to dissolve away any negative influences.
Then continue with the second steps of the ritual where we prepare for the special holy water was taken from nine (9) different holy spring water in Bali , and also water from the sea and Gangga River in India . we put the water in special place all together and put colourfull flowers in the water – we use nine colours as a symbol of nine manifestation of the GOD who protect us in nine directions.
Then closing this water purification by the purification with the incense then blessing with the holy water (Tirta ) and the Bija . It is a ritual that can be performed many times to lead to the good things.
